Refer a Friend

Refer a friend, family member, neighbor, or co-worker to our office for their Initial Visit.

They Receive $100

When your referral completes their Initial Visit, including a Comprehensive Exam, Prophylaxis, and X-rays, a $100 credit will be added to their account to use toward future dental treatment.

You Receive $30

As our way of saying thank you, you'll receive a $30 Fred Meyer Gift Card after your referral completes their qualifying appointment.

Program Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to our Referral Rewards Program:

A "Referral" is someone who is not currently an existing patient in our practice.
The $100 account credit has no cash value and may only be used toward patient balances.
The credit cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
The referred patient must complete all Initial Visit requirements.
The $100 credit cannot be used for emergency treatment.
