Refer a Friend

Refer a friend, family member, neighbor, or co-worker to our office for their Initial Visit.

They Receive $100

When your referral completes their Initial Visit, including a Comprehensive Exam, Prophylaxis, and X-rays, a $100 credit will be added to their account to use toward future dental treatment.

You Receive $30

As our way of saying thank you, you'll receive a $30 Fred Meyer Gift Card after your referral completes their qualifying appointment.

Program Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to our Referral Rewards Program:

  • A "Referral" is someone who is not currently an existing patient in our practice.
  • The $100 account credit has no cash value and may only be used toward patient balances.
  • The credit cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
  • The referred patient must complete all Initial Visit requirements.
  • The $100 credit cannot be used for emergency treatment.
  • Referred patients must inform our staff who referred them to receive the reward.
  • One $30 Fred Meyer Gift Card is provided per referred household.
  • One $100 account credit is available per referred new patient household.
